By submitting your order, you acknowledge having read the "End User Licence Agreement" (EULA) and agree to be bound thereby. Before ordering, please ensure that the software is compatible for your application, as no refunds will be issued.

The Branded Licence requires the "Powered by Lightbox Photo™ Gallery Software" text and link to remain visible and active at the bottom of the gallery. 

The Unbranded Licence grants you permission to remove any visual reference to Lightbox Photo ^TM, but you must leave the author metadata information and/or copyright notices in the code intact.

 * The update/upgrade installation payment includes the cost to customize your existing templates with any new functionality that may be available and/or the customization of new templates that may be included in the update or upgrade. After completing your installation payment, you will need to contact us with your FTP and phpmyadmin login details.
